Rates – for 2012 the Camping Season

Campground Open: April 6th through October 31, 2012

Weekday camping before May 21st & after September 4th

by Reservations ONLY.

Camping Rate = 2 Adults

Extra Person Per Night : $1.00 age 4 to 17

$3.50 18 and above

$ 36.00 - Daily Site Electric/Water

$ 33.00 - Electric / Water Field Area

$216.00 - Week & $6.00 per child • camp 6 nights, 7th night FREE

$625.00 - Month plus electric meter • Inquire at office

$120.00 – (for 3 night stay) Memorial Day,Labor Day, and

July 4th Holiday. $3.00 a child – 3 night minimum

$ 78.00 – Halloween Weekends

$ 3.00 – Electric Heater / Air Conditioner per day

Gate Pass - Upon Check In, you will be issued a gate pass for the gate. A $10.00 deposit on the pass is required, and will be refunded to you at Check Out with the return of the Gate Pass.

We welcome specific site request, however

we cannot guarantee them.

Check In/Out Time is 3pm

Early Check In – $2.00 a hour

for every hour before check in / after check out

CABIN RENTALS - 2 Night Minimum
(3 Night minimum for Holidays)

• A Cabin is rented to a family or ONE couple.
(No tents setup outside of cabins.)
• NO PETS ALLOWED when occupying a cabin

Cabin Check in - 1:00 pm; Check Out- 12:00 noon

$60.00 per night ($70.00 Holidays) - 1 Room Cabin - Sleeps 4
$70.00 per night ($80.00 Holidays) - 2 Room Cabin - Sleeps 6

$50.00 Cash security deposit due upon Registration of camping cabins.

Includes lights, ceiling fan, A/C, electric outlets, picnic table, fire ring, raised BBQ grill, refrigerator.
Bring your own cooking utensils, etc. Bathroom / showers and water facet nearby. No cooking, eating, smoking, or pets inside cabins.

GROUPS:
We are a family campground, NO groups under the age of 25. No exceptions.

VISITOR POLICY
A visitor is anyone who is not with you at the time of Registration (excluding spouse & minor children). Please inform your guests that this fee is REQUIRED for entry.
NO Exceptions. Pay on arrival at the office.
Under 4: No Charge
4 - 17: $2.50 per day/ $5.00 overnight
18 & Over: $3.50 per day/ $7.00 overnight
Overnight is a 2 day charge.
Visitors must depart by 10:00PM

PET POLICY
Limit 2 pets per site.
Pet owner is responsible for controlling noise and clean up.
Pets should be on a short leash at all times and to remain tied on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction.
Pets are not permitted in any buildings, or in the pool & enclosed areas.
Pets must be on a leash at all times (NO children walking dogs)
Guests and Visitors may not bring their pet.
If Guests or Visitors arrive with a pet they will not be permitted to enter the campground.
No pets are allowed in or around the cabins.
If any pet is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance, the pet shall immediately be removed per the request of the Manager.

APRIL / MAY and SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER SPECIAL
To leave your camper on selected site during the week for FREE, you must camp with us on consecutive weekends. No electric plug-in during the week.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
A one night’s deposit is required within 7 days of making reservations. Checks accepted for deposits. Cash or credit cards accepted at time of check in. If No deposit is received in 8 days, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. $100.00 deposit required for week reservations.
Holiday weekends must be paid in Full in Advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Two week's notice required for refund - $5.00 handling fee.
One week's notice required to receive camping credit, which is good through the 2012 camping season.
No refund or credit if less than one week of scheduled arrival date.
No refunds on Holiday & Halloween weekends.

WEATHER POLICY
NO Refunds. Camping credit for the current Season. The FUN continues Rain or Shine!!!

SEASONAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE AT OFFICE

GENERAL INFORMATION

Propane Service: Bring bottles to the office to be filled. Pay in Advance.

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 8:00AM.

Alcohol: Alcohol is to remain at campsite at ALL TIMES.
Management will not tolerate loud, disruptive behavior. It will result in
eviction from the Campground.

Speed Limit: 5 Miles Per Hour.

Swimming: Hours are posted.

Activities: Always check bulletin boards for added/changed activities and start times. Bring your own dish ware for all meal activities.
